RODRIGO REAL

Rodrigo is a founding principal with 20 years of experience in all aspects of real estate, hospitality finance and development.

Prior to founding Roan, Rodrigo was part of the founding teams leading to the creation of Baltoro Capital Management and its successor Cindat with global investments of over $5 billion in real estate, hospitality and PropTech. In 2011 he also launched a new hospitality strategy in partnership with Equity Point Group, a European operator focusing on new generation hostels to capture the unmet demands of the budget and youth travel industry worldwide. Rodrigo started his career as a Senior Analyst at Lehman Investment Banking in the Global Real Estate Group.
