DAN SUOZZI

Dan is a founding partner of Roan Development Ventures. He has over 20 years of experience in various aspects of commercial real estate, managing complex deal negotiations, strategy, development and construction for over $5B of commercial property in the US, Canada and the UK.

Dan began his career at JLL, NYC prior to his departure in 2012. While at JLL he worked on over 1B in transactions. After 7 years at JLL he went to become a VP at IWG where he oversaw deal negotiations, underwriting, M&A, construction and operations for over 1B SF of real estate. 

Throughout his career Dan identified a large gap in the evolution of tech and flexibility in the real estate space and went on to play pivotal roles in the C-Suite of real estate technology companies. First as CRO at Workframe (Acquired by NKF). Then as CRO at Breather (Acquired by Industrious) and finally as CRO at essensys.
